                     "Dream Clouds"  18 x 18  oil  Quick Paint Door County 2013                                                              Just back from Door County and a week long adventure in painting ----traveled with my artist friend Gloria Gaus ----participated in the Door County Plein air  2 hour ---open Quick Paint on Sat, July 27th ----painted evening light  on the stunning rocky shore at Gil's Rock with Billyo, Jan Trager, Gloria Gaus, Larry Moore, Hai-ou Hou , Jason Sacran & Stuart Fullerton --------worth the ten hour travel in itself !  Thanks for including us !

 Highlights along the way ----painting on the shore in the quaint town of ephraim , 30 mile an hour sideways rain chasing us out of our covered pavilion in Sister Bay , painting  the "old" cherry orchard on Hwy  "F" in the afternoon light , the beautiful early and late light on Kangaroo Lake ----the show and reception at Peninsula School of Art-----talking about art , doing art , admiring and soaking up art!
